What data we process and why

From the inquiry form we process your name, optionally company name, e-mail, phone number and the content of your message. The purpose is handling your inquiry and negotiating the transport service — the legal basis is pre-contractual negotiation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) confirmed by your consent at the form. Protecting the form against spam (honeypot, time check) is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting operational records (such as IP addresses in technical log files) are processed briefly by our infrastructure provider to keep the site secure and available.

How long we keep the data

For the duration of handling the inquiry and negotiating the job, at most 3 years from the last communication. Data on tax and accounting documents is kept for the period required by law.

Who works with the data

We do not pass data to third parties for marketing. To run the site we use these processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and site security) and Resend, Inc. (sending form e-mails). Any transfer outside the EU is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no marketing or analytics cookies that would require consent — which is why there is no cookie banner. Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without tracking individuals.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw consent. Write to info@autokpa.cz — we reply without undue delay. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz.
